“In The Meantime”, A Brilliant Review

“I was in Paris in April, May and in the Musée d’Orsay,” says Lewis, “I saw this outrageously crazy painting by Renoir, and so I was taking pictures of it. So I used it as a jumping point. This show is all about the last two years of COVID, people dealing with this. And this painting is about almost post-COVID. Suddenly people are at the beach and enjoying life again. This exhibition opened with a great reception, a crowd of art lovers taking in this very fresh and new direction and enjoying a chat with Andrew. An Artist’s Talk was held the following weekend as Andrew gave a short history of his education, travels and experiences that have informed all his design work and paintings.
